OK! I think I'm back on the wagon, but we'll see, now that my parents will be visiting for a week.
I got up early and ran/walked to the library to return some audio books and then run around just one lake. That means the round trip was about 2.6 miles and I walked about a mile of that. A good start to the day. :)
